Terms of Service

HeuTree API & SDK will help you implement indoor positioning and navigation functions in your personal apps, websites, and other services. This clause will help you better understand how to correctly use HeuTree API & SDK.

First of all, you are responsible for ensuring that all content used by you on HeuTree API & SDK is legal, and that both you and your potential users have the right to use it.

Indoorun requires you to use Indoorun's related services reasonably in accordance with industry safety standards and ensure that there is no potential malicious software on your users' mobile phones.

We require you to ensure that when your users use the indoor positioning and navigation function, all the user's location information you can obtain must first obtain the user's consent, and notify them when their location information may be leaked. HeuTree shall not bear any legal liability for any acts of privacy infringement or crimes occurring in your application.

You may only use the relevant indoor positioning services provided by HeuTree after signing this clause with HeuTree.

Authorization of Use

If you agree to the terms and conditions of this document (these terms and conditions are not mutually exclusive, may be revoked, may be limited, and are legal), HeuTree will authorize your application to use HeuTree API & SDK on a broad basis (excluding restricted parts).

• 1 .API & SDK: Upon acceptance of the terms stated herein, you will be entitled to use HeuTree API & SDK and receive its upgrade services.
• 2 .HeuTree has the right to use all information provided by you: You agree that HeuTree's website may use all information provided by you in its HeuTree products and services, except for the communication content between you and HeuTree, legal contracts, confidential materials, user login information, etc.
• 3 .All content you submit must be legal and safe: You warrant that the software, files and legal third-party content (intellectual property rights, software source codes, etc.) you upload must comply with internet industry norms and be legal and safe.
• 4 .HeuTree's intellectual property rights: HeuTree API & SDK and other products and services provided by HeuTree are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, international treaties, etc., but they do not include the software and products developed by you individually using HeuTree API & SDK. You agree to comply with intellectual property laws, other relevant laws, and any additional copyright notices contained in these terms. HeuTree owns all rights and interests in HeuTree API & SDK. These terms of use do not authorize you to have any intellectual property rights or interests in HeuTree API & SDK or HeuTree.
• 5 .Termination of use: You may terminate the use of HeuTree API & SDK at any time. Similarly, HeuTree may terminate your use of HeuTree API & SDK for any reason.

API & SDK Specifications

If your product or service uses or includes HeuTree API & SDK, you need to comply with the following regulations:

• 1 .Uniform privacy policy: You shall adhere to a code of conduct that is not lower than HeuTree's privacy policy. In addition, you need to remind all users of the information you may use. If you are not sure whether your privacy policy meets Indoorun's standards, please consult a lawyer or visit the HeuTree website.
• 2 .User's right to know: If your product or service uses data other than the location services provided by HeuTree API & SDK, you must notify users and HeuTree. In addition, when you process specific personal location information, do not retain, store or transfer it to third parties. You must immediately delete it from the application, the database under your control, or any third-party database that HeuTree cannot identify or approve.
• 3 .Security mechanism: You must correctly configure your network, operating system, Web server software, routers, databases and computer systems, and operate your application or service securely in accordance with the requirements of internet industry standards.
• 4 .Prohibition of disclosing any data to third parties: You must not place HeuTree's user data in any location that can be accessed or read by other third parties.
